1. Refund Policy

We do not offer any refunds once the order has been dispatched.
If you wish to cancel your order and receive a refund, you must cancel within 5 hours of placing the order. After that, your order will be processed and cannot be refunded.

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are only allowed within 5 hours of placing the order.
To cancel, please contact us immediately with your order details. Once your order is packed or dispatched, cancellations will no longer be accepted.

3. Return Policy (For Damaged Products Only)

We accept returns only if the product received is damaged.

To be eligible for a return:

• You must take a clear unboxing video while opening the package.

• The video must clearly show the packaging and the damage to the product.

• No return request will be accepted without this video proof.

If the video proves that the product arrived damaged, we will process a return and either send a replacement or refund, as per your preference.
